What is Heirs' Property

  • family land inherited without a will or legal documentation of ownership

  • Land inherited with a will that divides real estate equally
    among all heirs

 

The Heirs’ Property Relending Program represents a collaboration between the Federation of Southern Cooperatives/Land Assistance Fund (FSC/LAF) and Shared Capital.
