🌲 RTRC Forestry Camp 🌲
RTRC Forestry Camp is a week-long camp experience for students ages 13–18 who are interested in learning more about conservation, forestry, and natural resources.
Campers will be introduced to basic forestry concepts through classroom instruction, hands-on learning, and outdoor activities. Throughout the week, students will explore the importance of caring for our land, forests, and natural resources while building new skills and connecting with nature.
Lodging
Campers will stay in dorms on site, and meals will be provided during the camp.
Guardians are responsible for getting campers to and from camp. Drop-off will take place on June 14, and pick-up will take place on June 19.
There are 25 slots open for the June session.
We will select campers on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to the Federation of Southern Cooperatives/Land Assistance Fund Members.
Applicants will be notified of acceptance via email.
🌲 Camp Value: $1,500 — Your Cost: Just $25
The full value of our Forestry Camp experience is $1,500. However, accepted campers will only be required to pay a $25 application fee, which is fully refundable if your child is not confirmed to attend.
