June is Great Outdoors Month!
In that spirit, the Federation of Southern Cooperatives/Land Assistance Fund proudly hosts our 28th Annual Forestry Camp at our historic Rural Training & Research Center in Epes, Alabama. The Federation has been introducing youth to agriculture & forestry through exploration since 1997.
Camp is open to male and female students ages 13-18 from all across the Southern Region.
CAMPERS WILL
*Explore the forest while learning about conservation and natural resources
*Receive an introduction to careers in natural resources
*Build life & outdoor skills
*Create meaningful connections
There are 25 slots open for the June session.
We will select campers on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to the Federation of Southern Cooperatives/Land Assistance Fund Members.
Applicants will be notified of acceptance via email.
🌲 Camp Value: $1,500 — Your Cost: Just $25
The full value of our Forestry Camp experience is $1,500. However, accepted campers will only be required to pay a $25 application fee, which is fully refundable if your child is not confirmed to attend.
